Low Pressure Stainless Steel Tanks with a High Pressure Heat Exchange Coil
Red Circle Solar manufacture low pressure storage tanks which can be connected to multiple heat generation systems, like a heat pump, evacuated tubes and wetback wood fire booster. When hot water is needed, cold water enters the 3 x 40 mtr 3/4′ submerged copper heat exchange coil that is coiled inside the stainless steel tank where it extracts heat from the stored water inside the storage tank.

The high pressure heat exchange copper pipes inside the red circle storage tank ensures hot water is taken from the very top of the tank and cold water enters at the bottom. This maximises the tanks coefficient of Performance.
Red Circle Stainless Steel Features
The Red Circle Solar Stainless Steel storage tanks come with a sacrificial 25mm magnesium anode, which is to be replaced every 5 – 10 years, to protect the lifecycle of the tank. The Red Circle storage tank has multiple ports for variety of application which are sensor port, PTR vale, Float switch, Copper coil Inlet and Outlet port and are all insulated with polystyrene foam.
