Hybrid System Description
By means of solar and battery storage, GreenPower designed and installed a hybrid renewable energy solution that caters for the average daily loads of the property, aiming to eliminate electricity demand from the main grid, while giving back up power to your essential services.
1-phase hybrid system comprising of a total 4.5 kW PV Array stored in 9.6kW/h LiFeP04 battery bank and 18 x Enphase Micro Inverters.

1 x 4.5 kW 24 Volt Selectronic Energy Management System ( EMS )
The system will generate an average of 16.65kwh/day (generation will fluctuate due intermittent weather conditions and seasonal variances).
Base load will be provided by solar power, generating an average of 11.8kWh/day increasing to a maximum average in Jan of 22kWh/day and a minimum average in July of 9kWh/day. The 9.6kW LiFeP04 battery bank will be set to 80% depth of discharge providing 7.68kWh of available energy storage when required. Based on averages, this system will create power independence for the property, based on an 12-13kW/h Daily Load. System will require help in winter months via the grid.
