The Green Power Company designed and installed a 76.96kWp Commercial Solar Power System for Robinson Engineering, based in Altona, Victoria.
LG Neon2 Solar Panels & Schneider Electric Inverters
Robinson Engineering wanted high quality equipment, so we recommended the award winning, LG Neon2 370W commercial solar panels, connected to Schneider Electric 3-Phase grid connect inverters.
A total of 208 LG Neon2 panels were installed and 3 Schneider Electric CL25000E inverters.

Solar System Design and Installation
The LG solar panels were installed on a 15 degree incline facing NNW at 342 degrees. Each of the 3 Schneider Inverters inverter about 26kWp of DC power to AC feed into the switchboard.
The solar panels were secured flat to the roof, and injection testing was undertaken to ensure safety.
Solar Generation and Performance
The solar generation of the installed system is expected to conservatively generate 98,000kWh of solar renewable electricity per year, with an average daily output of 269kWh per day, dropping to a daily average out in June of 137kWh per day and in January, a daily high average of 392kWh hours.
Solar Power Financials and ROI’s
Based on the clients electricity tariffs, the solar power system is expected to generate savings of around $22,000 per year, with an expected ROI of 20% and approximately a 5 year payback period.
Expected saving over the warranty lifetime of the solar panels is expected to be close to $1M.
